Photo Copyright, who owns it?
Please note that the purchase of your print involves ownership only. It does NOT infer or confer in any way a transfer of image rights. Copyright of the image remains in the possession of the photographer named at all times. Purchase ownership does not permit any manner of unauthorised publication, copying, duplication, reproduction or exhibition of that image for retail or commercial purposes. The abuse and infringement of copyright is a serious legal matter and should it occur then the photographer will be obliged to take appropriate action.
What type of paper do you print on?
Fuji standard crystal archive for glossy prints and Fuji DP Professional paper for the lustre prints.
Most prints are made with a lustre finish as we prefer the effect but should you require a glossy finish, please ask.
Do you do your own printing?
No. Printing is one of the most expensive elements and as such we outsource all our printing to a professional photographic printing company. This is the same company we use personally for exhibition and competition photography, as well as what’s on our walls at home!
Colour Matching
It is important to point out that the finished print colour or saturation may not be identical to that featured on the website. Great care has been taken to portray a true and accurate rendition of the image on the website, although the personal settings of a monitor and computer may well affect web images viewed by third parties.
Mounting
I use Polar White textured mount board as standard, others are available upon request. All mounts have a Standard Core, are acid neutral, and is 1.4mm thick. Backing Board is used to strengthen the mount product and hide the masking of the mount.
Canvas
All Canvesses are printed on a heavyweight 320gsm water resistent canvas using Epson printers and genuine epson K3 inks. Hand stretched over pressure treated wooden frames and multi air stapled to the back. They will be packaged in bubble wrap and sent recorded delivery to ensure safe travel.
Delivery of purchases
All orders are made to order, and will be dispatched within 7 working days of the date of order. Framed goods cannot currently be delivered outside of the UK. Please call to make other arrangements for deliveries outside of the UK as free shipping will not apply.
Refunds, replacements and cancellation
Matt Hale and Time Freezer Photography are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and thus if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order it can be cancelled at any time for a full refund. Items can be returned for any reason for a full refund up to 28 days after delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item arrived damaged. The cost of return is buyers responsibility and the item must be returned in the same or suitable packaging. Returns can be sent to:
